How My Site Works
→ Is your new site functioning and ready for business?
Yes! I don’t have all of my photosets and videos up yet, but you’re free to purchase anything you see in the shop section.
→ How do I view the content here on your new website?
Each photoset and video can be purchased individually. You do not need a membership to buy anything. Once you purchase a photoset or video, you download it to your computer.
→ Will your new website offer monthly subscriptions / memberships?
Yes. I’m currently offering a VIP Monthly Membership Plan for $24.95 a month. You get $30 store credit for the first month and $35 store credit for each following month. You also get a 5% discount on all products.
→ Does the membership get me access to all of the content?
No, it does not. The membership gets you store credit which you can use to purchase photosets, videos, and zipsets. You get to pick and choose the content you want! You also get a 5% discount on all products.
→ Will you be selling autographed merchandise?
Yes, I have my 8×10 prints for sale in my shop. For other merchandise, please order from MissLuana.com for now.
VIP Monthly Membership
→ I’ve signed up. Now how do I get my content?
Once you have signed up for a membership, 30 credits will be added to your account. You can now use this credit to purchase products from my shop. View the My Account page for your credit balance and to download your purchased products.
Info For Current Members of MissLuana.com
→ I’m currently subscribed to MissLuana.com. Does my membership transfer over to the new site?
No, it does not. You will have access to all of the members only content on MissLuana.com, but you will need to go to the old website to download them all. Your login will not work here on the new site. In fact, there’s no actual members section here, so the only purpose for logging in is to download the content that you’ve purchased from the shop. I do offer a monthly membership plan which gets you store credit to use in my shop.
→ How long will I have to download all of the content from MissLuana.com?
You’ll have at least a month or two to get everything downloaded.
→ Can I join your old site to get all of the content?
No, I am no longer accepting new members to my old site. My goal is to take the old site down within a month or two.
