How My Site Works
→ Is your new site functioning and ready for business?
Theoretically, yes! I don’t have all of my photosets and videos up yet, but you’re free to purchase anything you see in the shop section.
→ How do I view the content here on your new website?
Each photoset and video can be purchased individually. You do not need a membership to buy anything.
→ Will your new website offer monthly subscriptions / memberships?
Yes. I’m currently offering a VIP Monthly Membership Plan for $24.95 a month. You get $30 store credit for the first month and $35 store credit for each following month.
→ Does the membership get me access to all of the content?
No, it does not. The membership gets you store credit which you can use to purchase photosets, videos, and zipsets. You get to pick and choose the content you want!
→ Will you be selling autographed prints and other merchandise?
Yes, I am still working on this section in my shop. In the meantime, please order prints and other merchandise from MissLuana.com.
VIP Monthly Membership
→ I’ve signed up. Now how do I get my content?
1. Login to My Account
2. Click the View button, beside “Monthly VIP Membership Plan”
3. Click the View button, beside “Month 01 – $30 Coupon” (Clicking this activates the coupon)
4. Go to my shop and add stuff to your shopping cart
5. Go to your shopping cart and click on the coupon, which should apply the coupon
6. Checkout!

→ That didn’t work. What do I do?

Points + Rewards Program
→ How does the points and rewards program work?
- Get 1 point for every $1 you spend
- Redeem any amount of points for discounts (no minimum requirements)
- 20 points = $1 off of your purchase
- 50 points = $2.50 off of your purchase
- 100 points = $5.00 off of your purchase
→ Where can I see my points balance?
Your points balance is listed on the My Account page.
→ Do I have to use up all of my points in a single transaction? What if I want to save them up?
Nope! You can specify the exact amount of points you’d like to redeem.
→ Do the points ever expire?
Yes, they expire 12 months from the time they are added to your account.
→ Are there any other rewards besides discounts?
Yes, but this part is still under development! Check back soon.
→ Can I use this on any product?
Almost. Points cannot be redeemed towards VIP Monthly Memberships.
→ I bought something before the program began. Can I get points for it?
Yes, but you must first create another order. Once I get your new order, I can add points from your previous purchases to your account.
Info For Current Members of MissLuana.com
→ I’m currently subscribed to MissLuana.com. Does my membership transfer over to the new site?
No, it does not. You will have access to all of the members only content on MissLuana.com, but you will need to go to the old website to download them all. Your login will not work here on the new site. In fact, there’s no actual members section here, so the only purpose for logging in is to download the content that you’ve purchased from the shop. I do offer a monthly membership plan which gets you store credit to use in my shop.
→ How long will I have to download all of the content from MissLuana.com?
You’ll have at least a month or two to get everything downloaded.
→ Can I join your old site to get all of the content?
No, I am no longer accepting new members to my old site. My goal is to take the old site down within a month or two.
